We were welcomed at the Ciudad Politécnica de la Innovación, where UPV presented its unique approach to working with companies. From student internships and employment programs through the SIE, to co-innovation with over 60 multidisciplinary student groups in Generación Espontánea, it’s clear that UPV is a hub for real-world problem solving and next-gen talent.
As a company deeply involved in cutting-edge technologies, we were impressed by UPV’s strategic ability to align young talent with pressing global challenges like mobility, sustainability, and AI.
We also had the chance to share some of our own innovation stories – including Hydro Motion, a hydrogen-powered nautical mobility initiative, and our role in the Solar Car Belgium project. These cases show the power of university-industry collaboration, where young minds and bold ideas drive real impact.
The visit wrapped up with a tour of UPV’s facilities and an open discussion about future collaboration opportunities. One thing became clear: Valencia isn’t just sunny – it’s a vibrant innovation hub.
