What's new in the Peplink BR Pro Family 5GK

The new 5GK variants, SKU MAX-BR1-PRO-5GK-T-PRM and MAX-BR2-PRO-5GK-T-PRM, are designed for projects that require advanced cellular performance without compromising stability or scability.

Qualcomm® X65 5G Modem: The integrated Qualcomm X65 modem delivers higher throughput, improved efficiency and future-ready 5G performance.
PoE Input Support: Power over Ethernet enables simplified installation and flexible placement, ideal for locations where direct power access is limited.
Docker Support and Onboard Storage: Run lightweight edge applications directly on the router, supporting modern edge computing and automation use cases.

Long-Term Deployment Flexibility

The BR1 Pro 5G is now officially part of the Blue-Chip series, confirming its suitability for long term and large scale deployments.

The new 5GK hardware does not replace the existing MAX-BR1-PRO-5GN-T-PRM model. Both versions remain available, allowing customers to select the most appropriate platform based on performance needs and project requirements.
